PERFECT EXERCISES WHEN TRAVELLING
I was using stumble upon the other day and came across a great web site with tons of inspiration for different exercises just using your body weight. Truly helpful when you are travelling and there is no world around valid gym membership. Also the last thing you want to do is to carry around training equipment. Although i do travel with a skipping rope but imagine traveling with a medicine ball or pilates ball!!!
The awesome daily is the web site I found, it's not really a fitness page but covers other stuff I haven't checked out yet. But believe me when i say that the 39 quick work outs is well worth checking out.
As you can see below, there is also a TV work out so this is not just for travelling, no more excuses. Move that body!
